My name is Abby Harris and I’m a personal trainer. I’ve got qualifications in strength & conditioning, personal training and nutrition. I have trained lots of clients from varying backgrounds using fitness modalities that they enjoy most. I’ve a very keen interest in particular to help empower women to improve their fitness, strength and achieve the physique they deserve. I also try to work with my clients around their nutritional preferences to allow them to have a balanced approach to their health and wellness.

Hi, my name is Vicky, I have a NFQ Level 4 Certificate in Personal Training and a NFQ Level 3 Certificate in Fitness Instruction. I coach people online and I also do 1-1 personal training.
I help clients from various backgrounds, and I am willing to help you with anything that you are struggling with in a sustainable and enjoyable way with no restrictive diet or lifestyle. I do 1-1 personal training and also 2-1 personal training.
