McLoughlin’s Restaurant
McLoughlin’s has been an AA Rosette award-winning restaurant for a number of years and has developed a strong reputation for serving modern Irish dishes using locally sourced, top quality produce. On November 25th 2022 we will re-open the restaurant, serving a tasting menu, giving our very talented and dedicated kitchen team the opportunity to showcase their skills and experience, using the very best of local Irish produce, to create contemporary, modern and imaginative dishes. Under the guidance of head chef Michael Kavanagh, his team of Ger McCarthy, Amy Dunne and Oana Christian , will each week, create a seasonal, ethically sourced menu, highlighting the best the region has to offer. Our food and beverage manager will select some cocktails and wines from our cellar to accompany the meal.
The cost per person for our tasting menu is €60 per person and our drinks and wine package can be added for €25 per person.
