Q: Where can I get a copy of your wedding brochure?
A: Please contact our Wedding Coordinator, on 01 8433118 or email weddings@roganstown.com. Alternatively, complete our online enquiry form and we will email you a copy of our wedding brochure.
Q: Do minimum numbers apply to your hotel?
A: Each of our weddings can be tailored to suit your wedding numbers.
Q: How long will a provisional booking hold for?
A: A provisional booking will hold for 1 week, after that time if you inform us you are still interested in the date, we will extend the hold date.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: An initial deposit of €1500 is required to secure the date. Deposits are non-transferable or refundable.
Q: When do I have my menu tasting?
A: Approximately 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date, we will send you a wedding menu and ask you to make an appointment for the menu tasting.
Following on from this we can discuss the final details of your wedding day at Roganstown Hotel & Country Club.
Q: Can we have a choice on the menu?
A: Yes, all menus can have a choice, though a supplement may apply.
Q: Can we have our Blessing/Civil ceremony at the hotel?
A: Yes, we have a full wedding licence and can facilitate civil ceremonies we have also hosted a number of blessings and humanist services. We would be delighted to discuss this option with you.
Q: Do you offer children’s menu?
A: Yes, we can provide children’s menus. Details for this can be confirmed when finalising your wedding menu.
Q: Can you cater for dietary requirements?
A: Yes, we are more than happy to cater for all dietary requirements if we are given advance notice. We will ask you to advise us on any dietary requirements you may have when finalising your wedding menu.
